Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR allows users to run SteamVR experiences on Windows Mixed Reality immersive headsets. After installing Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR, you can launch your favorite SteamVR applications from a desktop or Steam library and play them directly on their Windows headset.

For the basics, you’ll need a PC with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update installed, an Intel Core i5-7200U processor or better, 8GB of DDR3 RAM or better, 10GB of free disk space, an Intel HD Graphics 620 or DX12-capable GPU, and HDMI 1.4 or DisplayPort 1.2, as well as a USB 3 port and Bluetooth for the controllers.

It’s not as easy as a push of a button, but you can completely reset your Windows Mixed Reality headset.

Here’s how:
  1. Right-click the Start button.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Devices.
  4. Click Bluetooth & other devices.
  5. Click the left controller.
  6. Click Remove device.
  7. Click Yes.
  8. Click the right controller.
Windows Mixed Reality is a mixed reality platform introduced as part of the Windows 10 operating system, which provides augmented reality and mixed reality experiences with compatible head-mounted displays.
To experience Windows Mixed Reality, you’ll need a few things: a compatible Windows 10 PC, a Windows Mixed Reality headset, and the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update for your PC. For the best experience, you’ll also want a pair of Windows Mixed Reality motion controllers.
