The wireless network broadcasts a radio signal from a wireless tower to a receiver unit positioned on your home, providing a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (Megabits per second).

No, please do not take any of the CenturyLink equipment located on the inside or outside of your home with you when moving. If you would like to have the equipment removed from the outside of your home, please contact CenturyLink to schedule an appointment. If you are leasing a modem, please adhere to CenturyLink’s modem return policy. Failure to return your modem in the time allotted may result in a charge of up to $200.00 to your account.
